Structural Design Collaborative, LLC, represents and acknowledges that reinforcing in
and size for the monolithic foundation for the above referenced project have, to the best
of can knowledge, belief and opinion, been completed and integrated into the project in
accordance with the 2018 IRC.
Additionally, Structural Design Collaborative, LLC, represents and acknowledges that
reinforcing bars in the garage foundation at 4288 Dudley Street were tied together and
with the uter in general accordance with the 2018 IRC.
