The damages are on the inside of the unit from arson. The unit
will be gutted to the studs due to the heavy smoke damage. The
unit will then be rebuilt to pre -loss conditions. In other words
returning the space to the exact same way as it was before. No
structural damage occurred and no new SF will be added.
