I, the applicant,
understand my

I am working on adding a bedroom and bathroom to my
unfinished basement. We are also putting up walls to create a
"furnace room", the rest of the area will be an open rec space.
HVAC is in place, electrical work will be done by T&T Electric
(their documentation is attached in the "Letter size document'
section.) I was told I did not need an asbestos report on 6/23 by
Kallah Heiner
