(ao3)9w911a (399)8359116 mnyen vm CO.8593.03 CENSPACE, LLC inspected and reviewed the steel and timber framing for the home at the above referenced location. With the exception of the stair landings m both levels in the main house, as well as the entire detached garage, which were not installed at the time of inspection, it is my opinion that the steel and timber flaming have been built in substantial conformance to the approved structural plans. These statements represent the opinions of the undersigned based upon the information presented in this report. This report is based upon a relatively short time observation ("snapshot in time) and some of the information may have been supplied by others. Unless specifically noted below this report does not cover electrical, mechanicallplumbing or subsoil conditions including the existence of mold. Since portions of the structure are not available for observation without using destructive methods, CENSPACE, LLC makes no warranty of guarantee, neither implicit nor explicit, that any portion of the contents of this report and/or associated drawings represents the complete or sole solution with respect to bidden defects or unknown conditions. The undersigned believes that the judgments expressed in this report are consistent with that degree of skill and care ordinarily exercised by practicing professionals performing similar design services under similar circumstances.
