Observation: Exterior retaining wall and footing observations
HIE NO. CD53192
Field Findings and Instructions Given: The retaining wall (i) footing reinforcement (ii) footing
formwork, (iii) wall reinforcement, and (iv) wall formwork were built in general accordance with
HIE Consulting Engineers applicable design. No further work is required.
Weather: Sunny, 75°F
The contractor shall forward a copy of this report to the building department if required.
