A representative of our office visited the above referenced site on July 31, 2019 and reviewed
follow up pictures from you, the owner, to observe the following items:
• Structural wood framing elements.
Based on our observations it appears that the above items were placed in general conformance to
the documents prepared by our office dated November 15, 2018.
Note that the new underpin footing pad shown on Sheet SLA at the corner of the existing
crawlspace was not required due to the as -built conditions that were discovered in the cmwlspace
during excavation for this footing.
