RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Dick L. Hartley, Marsha R.
Bclrtley and Laurie Hartley of Jefferson County, State of
Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantors" for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars l$lO.OOland
other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the City of
Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "Grantee", do hereby give and
grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY on, aloJlg, over and
across the following described premises to-wit:

Beginning at a point at the northeast corner of a tract of
land recorded at Jefferson County under Reception No.
86031593, go South 89 degrees 49' West 8 feet; thence South
45 feet; thence 23.56 feet in a ~outherly and westerly
direction along a_purve concave to the southeast having a
radius of 15 feet and a delta of 90 degre~s; thence North 89
degrees 49' East 23 feet; thence North 60 feet.
For the purpose of dedication as right-of-way of a parcel of land
~pon which already exists a portion of Harlan Street as well as
the existing curb, gutter and sidewalk.
And the Grantors hereby covenant with the Grantee that they have
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that they have good
and lawful right to grant this right-of-way.
