WHEREAS by deed reoorded in Plat Book 11211, Page 277, of the Jeffereon
County reoords a oertain street was dedioated to the publiO; and
WHEREAS the following desoribed portion of street is no longer neoes-
sary for use by the publioi and

ferson, is not within the limits of any oity or town pnd does not form
the boundary line of a oity, town, or oounty; and

approved by the Jefferson County Planning Commieeion;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ths Board Of County Commiseionsrs
Of Jefferson County, Colorado, under the provisions Of Chapter 217,
1949 Session Laws Of Colorado, that the following desoribed portion Of
strset, as shown on said plat be and it is hereby vaoated, subjeot to
a reservatlon Of rights-of-way or easements for the oontinued use of
existing sewer, gas, water or similar pipe lines and appurtenanoes,
ditohee or canals and appurtenanoes, and e1eotrio, telephone or similar
lines and appurtenancss, if anYI
Beginning at a point 1165 feet North on the centerline of
Section 13, Township 3 South, Range 69 West, from the South
quarter corner Of said Seotion 13; thence South 1190 49' West,
200 feet to the point Of beginning; thence South 1190 491
West, 40 feet; thencs North 25 feet; thence North 1190 49'
