Plaintiff, at the time ~f the commencement of this procee~ing,
was, and now is, the owner in fee sin~le, with right to
posseasirm of the real propelty situated in the County of
Jefferson, State of Colora~o, described as follows:
Part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section
13, Township 3 South, Range 69 West, described
as: The North 90 feet of the South 245 feet of
Block 17, BE~LEY HEIGHTS 2nd Filing according
to the recorded plat thereofl being a tract of
land 90 feet x 281 feet which includes that
portion of the North 90 feet of the South 245
feet of said Block 17, which was formerly an
alley through said Bloct 17 as shown on the
recorded plat of BE~ELEY HEIGHTS 2nd Filingl
also including the ~orth 90 feet of the South
245 feet of the East 15 feet of that portion
of former BUENA VISTA AVENUE lying North of
the North edge of the right-of-way of former
DENVER AVENUE as sho.a on the recorded plat
of BERKELEY HEIGHTS, 2nd filing, together with
1/2 inch of water for irrigation purposes from
the Rocky Mountain Ditch Company and all ditch
and lateral rights appurte~ant thereto.
That complete fee simple title in and to said real prop-
erty be and the same hereby is quieted in and to the above
person, and that each of the defendants have no right, title,
or interest in or to the said real property or any part there-
of and that they are forever enjoined from asce~taining any
claim, right, title or interest in or to the said real propert,
or any part thereof.
