QUITCLAIM DEED
CHEVRON OIL COMPAI~, a California corporation, whose address
is P. O. Box 599, Denver, Colorado 80201, for consideration paid, hereby
sells and quitclaims to THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, a municipal
corporation organized and f~xisting under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Colorado, the following real property in the County of
Jefferson and State of Colorado, to-wit:
A tract or paLcel of land containing 32 square feet more
or less, situated in Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
of Section 22, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of
Jefferson, Colorado, described as follows:
BeginnIng at a point which is the Northwest property corner
being East along the south line of the NW!,; of Sectiol. 22 a
distance of 40 feet and North parallel with the West line
of the NW~ of Section 22 a distance of 546 feet from the SW
corner of the NW~ of Sec. 22, T3S, R69W;
1. Thence Easterly along the north property liue a
distance of 8.0 feet;
2. Thence diagonally Southwesterly a distance of
11.3 feet to a point on west property line;
3. Thence Northerly along the west property line a
distance of 8.0 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described parcel contains 32 square feet more or less.
