SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH Principal Merlu!an.
WHEREAS, by e deed recorded in Book 445 et ~age 95, Book
447 at Pege 554, end Book 453 at Page 318, of the Jeffereon County
Records, A "prtain street wae dedicated to the public, and
WHEREAS, no land would, by a vacation of said street be
WHEREAS, the following daecribad etreet ia no longer
necessary for use by the public; end
WHEREAS, eaid etrest is within the limits of the City of
Wheat Ridge; and
left without an eetablished public road connecting it with another

ordinance are necessery to the immediate preeervetion of the pUblic
health snd sofsty of the citizens of the City of Wheat Ridge for
the following reesons:
1. No ordlnanGe has been previously passed relating to
the vacation of thie etreet bs~euse the City having Just Gompleted
incorporation August 20, 1969, has not here~ofore edopted any
ordinancee vaGating this etrest.
2. An ordinance vaceting this street ie neceesary to
allow the orderly development of thie aree.
Section 3. Effective Date. Thie ordinance shall take
.ffect and be in forcB five (5) deye after pUblication followinG
final passage, oro~iding it shall have bAen phSd8d by an arrirmiltiva
vote of three-fourths (3/4) of the membere of the City Council;
