"BE IT RESOLVEI),that the plat of Crest View Villa Subdivision be and it is hereby approved for fUing anj that the
conveyance o:r'lbe public ways, r'J8ds and streets sho\oll'l thereon be and it is hereby accepted, subject to the follo....-
ing conditions:
The ~ounty of Jefferson shall under+Aike maintenance of any such public \laY, road or stre~t only after construction
of such way, road or street sQall have been brought up to County specifications:
Lot 10 and all of Lot 14 except that portion described in Book 1176 on rage 93 of the records of Jefferson
County, Colorado, Elmer Gui Gardens, Amended, a subdivision in said Jefferson County, and that portio"! of
the vacated streets knOllll as West 12th Place adjacent to said Lot 11; and that portion of the llortherly
18.0 feet of the former Denver and Intermountain Railw.y right of w.y lying adjacent to said portion or
Vll.Cated West 12th Place as set forth in the dedication on the Flat.

parcel of property be and hereby is accepted and approved :for recording:
To Jefferson County for road purposes only.

on the south line of West 44th Avenue from whence the center of said Sec. 22 bears 522.16 :feet and Eallt 10S6. <;
