NOTE. W. 38th Avenue (formerly known os State Highway 180).
On April 22. 1938 the Colorado State Highway Advisory Boord approved the
addition of 9.5 miles of roadway along W. 38th Ave., Denver - westerly to
Golden. Please reference resolution number A-33B. In 1961 the Boord of
County Commisioners via commissioners journal "Q", pages 49, 87 and 254
adapted by resolution releasing the Highway department and obligating the
county far maintenance of sold W. 38th Avenue.
'Unclear Title Centerline" of W. 38th Avenue as shown lies as follows:
1) Point number 7582 lies on the north line of the NE/4 a distance of
8.95 feet west of the norteast corner of the section.
2) Point number 754-6 lies on the north-south centerline at the NE/4
a distance of 215.68 teet south of the N/16 corner. NE/4.
3) Paint number 7505 lies on the north-south centerline of section 29
a distance of 518.20 feet south at the N/4 corner.
4) Point number 7476 lies on the north-south centerline of the NW/4
a distance of 838.26 feet south of the N/16 corner, NW/4.
5) The remaining eleven points lie along straight lines between points
7582, 7546, 7505 and 7476.
Right-at-way for W. 38th Avenue varies In width from Youngfield 10 Simms.
The point numbers given along with the centerline are provided as a
reference line only and not to be relied upon as Ihe centerline of W. 3Bth
Avenue.
