ZONING CASE - Case No. B61-131, John and Dorothy Dyche
Mr. John Dyche appeared before the Board and requested an extension of time for the purpose of constructing a
motor motel at West 6th Avenue and McIntyre. After discussion the Commissioners made the following motion:
c;.--....i..ioner Bauer moved that the applicant be granted an extension of six months time in which to comply with
the aoniDg resolution concerning development of the property located at West 6th Avenue and McIntyre, said six
""1-),. to expire on Decen1ber 5, 1962. Motion seconded by Commissioner Lewis and adopted by unanimous vote.
