Upon motion of CommisSioner Hoskin'lon. seconded by Commissioner Jump and by unanimous vote the following reso-
luUon was adopted W1th all three commissioners voting "Aye":
BE IT RESOLVED that the Correction Deed to correct Deed recorded in Book 1481 at Page 347 of the records of Jefferson
County. Colorado, from Lee Doud, Inc., conveying to Jefferson County, the following described parcel of land. be
end hereby is approved and accepted for recording:
Beginning at the SE comer of Section 28, T3S, R69W, of the 6th P. M.
according to the recorded plat of Paramount Heights Part 5, as recorded
in the records of Jefferson County; thence North along the East line of
said Section 28, a distance of 430 feet; thence West 30 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence West along the North line of Block 5, said
Subdivision Plat, to the intersection with the Southwest line of TwiUght
Drive; thence South 480 31' East, a distance of 34.0 feet; thence on a
curve to the left with a radius of 100 feet, 72.4 feet to point of tangent;
thence South 890 58' East and parallel to the North line of Block 5, a
distance of 333 feet, more or less, to a point 30 feet West of the East
Une of said Sec. 28; thence North and parallel to the East line of said
Section 28. a distance of 40 feet, more or less to the true point of be-
ginning.
