NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERFBY AGREED, THAT: A. The respcJrlsibility for meeting, conforminq to anj providinq those require- ments as set out in the SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS of the City is hereby recognized by OWner. B. The Cirector of Public works, upon the advi, e and consent of the MaJor, shall direct the Owner or his assigns and successorS to meet those require- ments as set out in the SUBDIVISIO~ REGULATIONS of the Cit}. C. Upon receipt of such IJtice to furnish or construct the public improvement as required under the SUBDIVISION REGlJLf,~IONS of the City, O\'iilel' hereby agrees to construct dnd furnish at Owner's cost, such improvements d~ are required by the SUBDIVISION REGULATd~jS of the City, and to do so in con- formance with the eJer;igr. standards of the SUBDIVISION REGULATIOnS of the City. D. In the event an improvement district is created ly the City to improve or provide those requirements as set out in the SUBDIVlSIt)'1 REGULATIONS for those streets or s+reets fronting that tract ot land as described In Paragraph No.1 above and the neiqhborin'l trilcts of lands, the O\,',wr nr his assigns and successors agree not to oppose its creation.
