WHEREAS, in order to conform to those I'equirements as set out in the SUB- DIVISIOil REGULATIONS of the City, this agreement is hereby d,'temined to be proper. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED, THAT' A. The responsibility for meeting, conforminq to and providinq those requi~e- ments as set out in the SIIBDT'JISION Rf:GULATIONS of the City is hereby recogni~ed by Owner. B. The Director uf Public Works, upon the advice and cons~nt of the Mavor, shall direct the Owner or his assigns and successors to meet those requir?- ments as set cut in the SU8~IVIS~JN REGULATIONS of the City.
