EXHIBIT "A"

This Exhibit is attached to and forms a part of that certain
Warran~y Deed dated the 22nd day of September, 1978 wherein
Royda L. Kimball, as to an undivided 1/2 interest, and Ralph
D. Johnson, as to an undivided 1/2 interest, are referred to as
first Parties, and Midwest Builders, Inc., A Colorado Corporation
is referred to as Second Party, conveying property in the County
of Jefferson, State of Colorado;
That part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, Township 3 South,
Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point 100 feet North and 39 feet East of the Southwest corner
of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 29, which point is on the East line of
Youngfield Street as presently constructed and is the Northwest corner of that
parcel described in Book 909 at Page 356, Jefferson County Records;
thence North along the East line of Youngfield Street, a distance of 264 feet;
thence East parallel with the South line of said NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said
Section 29, a distance of 150 feet;
thence North parallel with the East line of Younqfield Street a distance of
200 Feet;
thence East parallel with the South line of said NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said
Section 29, a distance of 203 feet to a point of the West line of Resubdivision
of Maple Grove Villaqe, Block One;
thence along said West line a distance of 564 Feet to a point on the South line of
said NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, being 275 Feet West of the Southeast
