The West Hal f of the following described tract: Commencing at a
po'int 22 feet North and 648.18 feet l~est of the Southeast corner
of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 3 South,
Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., thence West 240.12 feet;
thence North 880 feet, more or less, to center of Prospect Avenue
(West 38th Avenue); thence Northeasterly along center of said
Avenue 247.02 feet; thence South parallel with Section line 934.54 feet
to point of beginning; EXCEPT that portion described as follows:
