The accompanying Development Agreement for curbs, gutters and sidewalks
was drawn up because of the number of heavy trucks entering the property during
construction phases, We feel that it would be counter production to install
curbs, gutters and sidewalks until all construction on the new buildings
are complete because of the danger of new concrete to fail under excessive weight.
