THIS INDENTIJRE, made this r;;j{; -tlt day of December, A. D. ] 970
between FUTURA REALCO, a partnership, Jefferson County, Colorado,
party of the first part, and the CITY OF WlIEA T RIDGE, a municipal
corporation and body politic, Jefferson County, Colorado, party of the
second part.
WITNESSETH:
THA T the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of One ('51. 00) Dollar, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, and other good and valuable considerations, does by these
presents hereby grant, sell, and convey unto party of the second part,
its successors and assigns, an easement of way for public road purposes
together with a right of way for ingress and egress for the construction
and maintenance of said road right of way, over, under and across the
following described real property:
A portion of Lot 4, Haas Subdivision, City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, described as follows: Beginning at
the northeast corner of said Lot 4; thence westerly
along the north line of said Lot 4 a distance of 42 feet;
thence southeasterly a distance of 45. 8 feet to a point
on the east line of said Lot 4, said point being 15 feet
southerly of the northeast corner of said Lot 4; thence
northerly along the east line of said Lot 4 a distance
of IS feet to point of beginning, all in Jefferson County,
Colorado.
IN WITNESS HEREOF, the said party hereto has caused its name
to be hereunto affixed, subscribed by F. L. Hildenbrand, general partner,
the day and year first above written
