Meridian; thence north a distance of 507.5 feet, to the south right-of-way line
for West 44th Avenue and the true point of beginning; thence northerly a distance
of 10.0 feet, in line with the center line of Garrison Street; thence easterly a
distance of 15.0 feet along the south right-of-way line for West 44th Avenue;
thence southerly a distance of 10.0 feet, parallel with the center line of
Garrison Street; thence westerly a distance of 15.0 feet, parallel with the south
