I;NOYf ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT John & Cara L. Spensieri
-pf " Jefferson County, State of Colorado , hereinafter called the
"'Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars , and other
valuable considerations paid in hand by the CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, hereinafter
called "City"; receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has given and granted and by
the~e presents does hereby give and grant subject to the terms and conditions contained
within this agreement, unto the said "City" an EASEMENT on, along, over and across the
fo~wing described premises, to-wit: '

-Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Jefferson County, Colorado 1 more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of the NW~ of Section 221 T3S, R69W of the 6th Principal
Meridian; thence northerly a distance of 536.75 feet along the west line of Section
22 and the center line of Kipling Street; thence east a distance of 40.0 feet to
the east right-of-way line for Kipling Street and the true point of beginning;
thence northerly a distance of 10.0 feet along the east right-of-way line for Kipling
Street; thence easterly a distance of 10.0 feet along the south right-of-way line
for West 44th Avenue; thence southerly a distance of 10.0 feetl parallel with the
east right-of-way line for Kipling Street; thence westerly a distance of 20.0 feet,
parallel with the south right-of-way line for West 44th Avenuel to the true point
of beginning; containing 100.00 square feet, more or less.
FOR THE PURPOSE OF: Installation and Maintenance of Traffic Signal Poles, Controller
and related appurtenances.
