KNOW ALL NEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT
of Jefferson County, State of Colorado , hereinafter called the
"Crantor", for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars , and other
valuable considerations paid in hand by the CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, hereinafter
called "City" j receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has given and granted and by
these presents does hereby give and grant subject to the terms and conditions contained
wit~ this agreement, unto the said "City" an EASEI,tENT on, along, over and across the

Neridian; thence northerly a distance of 621.75 feet along the east line of Section

the west right-of-way line for Kipling Street, and the true point of beginning;
thence westerly a distance of 10.0 feet parallel with the north right-Of-way line
for West 44th Avenue; thence southerly a distance of 10.0 feet, parallel with the
west right-of-way line for Kipling Street to the north right-of-way line for West
