of Jefferson County, State of Colorado , hereinafter called the

"Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of Ninetl.{ Dollars and othi'r
valuable considerations paid in hand by the CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, hereinafter
called "City", receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has given and granted and by
these presents does hereby give and grant subject to the terms and conditions contained
within this agreement, unto the said "City" an EASENENT on, along, over and across the
follm.,ing described premises, to-wit:
A parcel of land situated in the NE~ of the SW~ of Section 231 Township 3 South,
Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Jefferson County, Colorado I more
particulary described 2S follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of the srv~ of Section 231 T3S, R69W, of the 6th
Principal Meridian; thence south a distance of 50.0 feet; thence west a distance
of 40.0 feet to the west right-of-way line for Wadsworth Blvd. and the true point
of beginning; thence westerly a distance of 8.0 feetl parallel with the south
right-of-way line for West 44th Avenue; thenoe northerly a distance of 16.0 feet,
parallel with the west right-of-way line for Wadsworth Blvd., to the south right-
of-way line for ,vest 44th Avenue; thence a distance of 18.5 feet along a curve
to the right having a radius of 20.0 feet, to the west right-of-way line for
Wadslvorth Blvd. and the true point of beginning; containing 89.46 square feet,
more or less.
FOR THE PURPOSE OF: Installation and Maintenance of Traffic Signal Poles, Controller
and related appurtenances.
