in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR , and other valuable considerations paid in

hereby acknowledged, has given and granted and by these presents does hereby give and grant
subject to the terms and conditions contained within this agreement I unto the said "City"
an EASENENT on, along, over and across the following described premises, to-wit:
A parcel of land situated in the SE~I SE~I SE~, SE~ of Section 241 Township 3
South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in the City of Wheat Ridge,
County of ~effersonl State of Colorado; more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 30 feet north of the south line of the SE~ of Section 24,
T3S1 R69W and 30 feet west of the east line of the SE~ of said Section 24; thence
northerly parallel to the east line of the SE~ of said Section 24 a distance of
135 feet; thence westerly parallel to the south line of the SE~ of said Section
24 a distance of 2.6 feet; thence southerly parallel to the east line of the SE~
of said Section 24 a distance of 120.4 feet to a point 44.6 feet north of the
south line of the SE~ of said Section 24; thence southwesterly a distance of 16.1
feet to a point 33.2 feet north of the south line of the SE~ of said Section 24
and 44 feet west of the east line of the SEt of said Section 24; thence westerly
parallel to the south line of the SEt of said Section 24 a distance of 97 feet;
thence southerly parallel to the east line of the SEt of said Section 24 a
distance of 3.2 feet; thence easterly a distance of 111 feet to the Point of
Beginning., reserving to Grantor, his heirs and assigns the reasonaLle
rights of access to Sheridan Blvd. and 38th Ave. over said easement.
