Said easement is given for the sole purpose of ingress and ~gr~ss and construction purposes, and it is agreed and unders~ood that lt lS not to be construed as an easement given to the exc1uslon of the Party of the First Part, his heirs and assigns, or to others later granted a similar right. The Party of the Second Part agrees to repair all damages occasioned by the construction activities.
