It is understood that the surface of the land will be used
for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer meter-
lng station located thereon for the purposes of the said Party
of the Second Part.
TOGETHER with the right to the said Party of the Second
Part, its successors and assigns, to place, maintain, inspect,
repair, replace, or add to said sewer line or sewer lines, as
the Second Party shall determine, and the Second Party shall
have the right of ingress and egress to and over the above described
premlsEs at any and all times for the purpose of repairing, renew-
ing, replacing, or adding to said sewer line, and for doing any-
thing necessary or useful or convenient for the easement herein
granted, together with the privilege of replacing at any time
any or all of the sewer lines constructed under said land.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and
bind successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto and
all covenants shall apply to and run with the land.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the First Part has set
his hand and seal the day and year first above written.
