County, State of Colorado, more particularly described as the North 9 feet of
said Lot 11, of said Conway Heights Subdivision,
for the purpose of a defined drainage-way for the run-off tr ibutarll of said
Lot 11 from Ingalls Street contiguous to said Lot 11 to Jau Street; of which
the City of Wheat Ridge will construct, operate and maintain a paved drainage-
way consistinq of a 5 inch thick concrete paved gutter with transition onto
the abutting streets, and which shall be contiguous with, and shall form a
part of the travelled roadway identified as West 37th Lane,
And the Grantor(s) hereby convenant(s) with the Grantees that it has good title
to the aforedescribed premises; that it has good and lawful right to grant
this easement; that it will warrant and defend the title and quiet possession
