EASEMENT FOR CABLE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
, Frank Stites, Mayor of
That the unders~gned City of Wheat Ri Off> County of Jefferson, State
of Colorado, Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
and other good and sufficient consideration, including cable television
service, does hereby grant, convey and quit claim to American Television
and Communications, a Delaware Corporation, doinq business as American
Cablevision of Wheat Ridge. Grantee, its successors and assigns, a right-
of-way easement for the installation, maintenance, repair, removal,
replacement, and operation of a television cable, including underground
and sub-surface appurtenances hereto, together with a temporary constructi
easement during the period of installation of such cable, in, upon, over,
under, through and across the real property described below. The
easement hereby granted includes the right of necessary use of the surfac€
and sub-surface of such land for the installation, laying, maintenance,
repair, removal and replacement of such cable.
1. Right-of-Way Easement: A right-of-way easement for a television
cable across the real properties commonly known as
Said easement being one (I) foot in width and lying one-half (~)
foot on each side of the following described center line:

!U- 3. The Grantee shall pay for all physical property damages that
~ the Grantee may cause in the surveying, installing, operating and
maintaining of its cable over and across the property of the Grantor and
shall promptly restore the property and improvements thereon to the
condition in which the Grantee found them.
See attached Exhibit for tentative location of cable installation.
2. Temporary Construction Easement: The temporary construction
easement is 10 feet in width, 5 feet lying on each side of the above
described easement.
4. The Grantee shall install,operate and maintain its cable and
use of the easement in a manner which will not interrupt, hamper, or
damage the Grantor's operations and services or access to the Grantor's
operations and services.
5. The Grantee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Grantor for
any and all personnal and property damages proximately caused by the
installation, operation and maintenance of its cable and easement.
6. This easement shall automatically terminate upon the cessation
of cable television service to the facilities located on the above-
described real property for any reason.
7. The actual location of the cable outlet will be as is technically
feasible.
