PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Robert E. and Lenore M.
Dorsey, 7595 W. 47th Place, Wheat Ridge, Colorado of
Jefferson County, State of Colorado,
hereinafter called the "grantor", for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration to them in hand paid by the City of Wheat
Ridge, hereinafter called "City" RIGHT-OF-WAY and EASEMENT on,
along, over and across the following described premises to-wit:
