easement for the purTloses of installation, construction, main-
tenance, repair and replacement of Q drainage line, over, under,
upon and across the following described property situate in the
city of Wheat Ridge, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Beginning at a point located at the northeast corner
of the Oak Ridge Subdivision, thence ~est along the
North line, a distance of 5 feet; thence North 90c DO'
DO" a distance of 75 feet; thence East 90" 00' DO" a
distance of 5 feet; thence South 90' DO' DO" a distance
75 feet to point of heginning.
together with the right to go upon the above-described property
for the purposes of installation, construction, maintenance,
repair and replacement of said drainage line.
