The City will remove the existing drain line along the length of the easement and wi 11 replace same with a larger diameter conduit. 3. The City will remove the existing 42-inch high chain link fence and gate along the southern boundary of the subject property and will replace it with a 6-foot high chain link fence. 4. The City will construct a 6-foot high chain link fence along the western boundary of this easement, from the rear of the property northward to a point even with the front of the apartment building, From this point northward to the street, the height of the fence will be reduced to 42 inches to conform with height limita- tions established by City ordinance, 5, The City shall have the right to remove the existing tree near the east property line, and may have two existing power poles relocated, as necessary, to loca- tions on city-owned property or within the boundaries of this easement.
