KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Roger A. Johnson, II, 8230 I ./
South Kearney Street, Englewood, CO 80112 of Arapahoe County,
State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor" for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration to him in hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, here-
inafter called "City", does hereby give and grant to said City
PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY and EASEMENT on, along, over and across the
following described premises to-wit:
The North 15 (15) feet of the tract of land recorded as Lot
4, Block 2, FLETCHER SUBDIVISION, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Jefferson County, Colorado.

for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a drainageway for
stormwater runoff
Subjoct to the following terms and conditions:
Following construction, all existing features
fences, lawns, shrubs, trees and buildings
restored to original condition, or better.
