KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Jonnie N. Clary and Ferne M.
Clary, 9300 East Center, Denver, CO 80231 of Denver County, State
of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor" for and in considera-
tion of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consid-
eration to them in hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter
called "City", do hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT
RIGHT-OF-WAY and EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following
described premises to-wit:
The north fifteen (15) feet of the tract of land recorded
as Lot 1, Block 2, FLETCHER SUBDIVISION, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Jefferson County, Colorado.
AKA 6395 West 47th Place
for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a drainage way for
stormwater runoff.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
