KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Henry E. zarlengo and HeleneC.
zarlengo, Tenants in Common, of Jefferson County, State of Color-ado,
her-einafter- called the "grantors", for- and in consideration of the
sum of Two Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($2,000) and other valuable
consideration to them in hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge,
hereinafter- called "City", do hereby give and grant unto said City,
PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY and EASEMENT on, along, over and across the

A 20-foot wide strip over parcel 4 of reception number
79040315, Jefferson County Records, the centerline of which is
described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line
of said parcel 4, said point also being on the south line of
book 754 at page 334, Jefferson County records, from whence the
northeast corner of the southeast 1/4 of Section 21,T3S, R69W
of the 6th PM bears N 76053.6' E 934.37 feet; thence SOlO
31.0' W to the centerline of Clear Creek, and the end of
20-foot wide strip.
Bearings are based on the assumption that the east-west mid-
section line of said section 21 bears S 890 49.0' W.

For- the purpose of construction of a storm sewer.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
The City of Wheat Ridge is responsible for restoration of said
premises following construction.
And the Gr-antors hereby covenant with the Grantees that they have
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that they have good and
lawful right to grant this easement.
