The above described utility easement contains 300 square feet, more or less. Also known as street and number 12410 West 44th Avenue. For the purpose of construction and maintenance of the pipeline and appurtenant works and embankment of the Bayou ditch. Subject to the following terms and conditions: Lawns, fences and other improvements within the easement will be restored to original or better condition.
