executed his Last Will and Testament dates September 6, 1979,
which Nill was duly admitted to informal probate on March 25,
1983, by the District Court in and for the County of Jefferson,
and State of Colorado, Probate No. 83 PR 193:

Representatives of said Estate on March 25, 1983, and are now
qualified and acting in said capacity.
