KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Bible Presbyterian
Church of Denver, AKA Covenant Presbyterian Church, of Denver
County, State of Colorado, herein-after called the "grantor" for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration to it in hand paid by
the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does hereby
give and grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENT
on, along, over and across the following described premises to-
wit:

SUBDIVISION, Jefferson County, Colorado.

For the purpose of sidewalk and aerial utility improvements.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee that it has
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that it has good and
lawful right to grant this easement.
