PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Jerome J. Roach, of
Jefferson County, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the
"grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of Ten & 00/100
dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to him in hand
paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does
hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described
premises to-wit:

The south 10 feet of the east 10 feet of the west 53 feet of
Lot 2, POWERS SUBDIVISION, City of Wheat Ridge, County of
Jefferson, State of Colorado.
Exhibit attached.
For the purpose of installation and maintenance of a lot drain.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantees that he has
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that he has good and
lawful right to grant this easement.
