KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Patricia W. Askew, 10939
West 59th Place, Arvada, Colorado of Jefferson County, State of
Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor" for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration to her in hand paid by the City of
Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does hereby give and
grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENT on, along,
over and across the following described premises to-wit:
The south 3 feet of the east 190 feet of the west 250 feet
of Block 7, LAKEVIEW SUBDIVISION, Jefferson County,
Colorado.
Exhibit A attached.
For the purpose of sidewalk and aerial utility line improvements.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee that
she has good ti tIe to the aforedescribed premises; that she has
good and lawful right to grant this easement.
