KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Richard A. Williams and Orie
Vaye Williams, 4380 Harlan Street, Wheat Ridge, of Jefferson
County, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor ( s) "
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars
($10.00), and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid
by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", do hereby
give and grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENT
on, along, over and across the following described premises to-
wit:
That part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 24, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.,
as described as follows: From a POINT OF BEGINNING, 325
feet North and 30 feet East of the Southwest corner of the
NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 24;
thence North 75 feet; thence East 10 feet; thence South
Southwest 75.66 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Also known and numbered as 4380 Harlan Street

For the purpose of constructing curb and gutter, appurtenances to
a drainage system for storm water run-off.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: Lawn, fences,
shrubbery, or other features shall be restored to original
condi tion or better following completion of construction.
Existing asphalt driveways shall be conformed to the new driveway
aprons. One driveway to remain open at all times for access to
offices.
And the Grantor (s) hereby covenant (s) with the Grantee (s)

have good and lawful right to grant this easement.
