KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Thomas R. Hollenbeck and
Jacquelyn M. Hollenbeck, 2450 B E. 5th Ave, Denver, Colorado 80206
, of Denver County, State of Colorado, hereinafter called
the "grantor(s)" for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
00/100 dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to them
in hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called
"City", do hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OP-
WAY AND EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following
described premises to-wit:
A fifteen foot-wide roadway located along the West boundary
of a tract of land described as follows:
The East 75 feet of the West 90 feet of the North 150 feet
of the South 180 feet of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the
West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 22, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
Also known by street and number as: 9595 West 38th Avenue
For the purpose of: Constructing and maintaining a storm drainage
pipeline.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: Following
installation of the storm drain system, the 15 foot-wide roadway
shall be raised, graded, compacted and surfaced to provide
improved access onto and from 38th Avenue.
And the Grantor ( s) hereby covenant (s) with the Grantee ( s)
