The tract herein containing two (2) acres, more or less, except rights of way for ditches and public highways now of record or existing. Also known as street and number: 4500 Robb Street Exhibit attached. For the purpose of constructing and maintaining a drainage system for stormwater run-off. Subject to the following terms and conditions: Following construction, the easement area shall be restored to original condition or better. Excess spoil shall be placed on the easement area and levelled. Existing irrigation ditch on the north and west sides of property to be reconstructed to original condition. And the Grantors hereby covenant with the Grantee that they have good title to the aforedescribed premises; that they have good and lawful right to grant this easement.
