and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof, is hereby
acknowledged, the first party(ies) by these presents hereby grant(s) and
convey (s) to the second party, its successors and assigns an easement for the
purpose of providing support to the adjacent roadway allover, upon, across and
under that certain tract of land, situate in the County of Jefferson, State of
Colorado, described as follows:

TOGETHER WITH the right of ingress and egress over said land (s) for the
