PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Michael Pietrafeso and
Dorothy P. Pietrafeso, 12122 W. 32nd Ave., Wheat Ridge, of
Jefferson County, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the
"grantor(s)" for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to them /~~ ~
in hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called ~
"Grantee", do hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT
EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described pre-
mises to-wit:
The North 4.0 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, MOUNTAIN SHADOWS SUB-
DIVISION FIRST FILING, of Jefferson County Records, as shown
on attached Exhibit "A", which is made a part of this
description.
For the purpose of a public sidewalk.
And the Grantors hereby covenant with the Grantee that they have
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that they have good
and lawful right to grant this easement.
