PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNm'l ALL MEN BY 'l'HESE PRESENTS, that Henry Schecher and Helen
Schecher, 12022 W. 32nd Ave., Wheat Ridge, of Jefferson County,
State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor (s)" for and in 1__ ~
consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the City of
Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "Grantee", do hereby give and
grant to said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across
the following described premises to-wit:
A portion of Lot 1, Block 1, MOUNTAIN SHADOWS SUBDIVISION
FIRST FILING of Jefferson County Records, described as
follows:
Beginning on the East line, 12 feet south of the northeast
corner of said Lot 1; thence northerly 12 feet along said
East line to said northeast corner; thence westerly 130 feet
along the North line of said Lot 1 to the northwest corner
of said Lot 1; thence southerly 6 feet along the West line
of said Lot 1; thence easterly 124 feet parallel with the
said north line; thence southeasterly 8.5 feet, more or
less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, as shown on attached
Exhibit "A" which is made a part of this description.
For the purpose of a public sidewalk
And the Grantors hereby covenants with the Grantee that they have
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that they have good
and lawful right to grant this easement.
