KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Joseph B. Smith and Lillian
G. Smith of 3179 Vivian Street, Lakewood, CO 80215, Jefferson
County, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantors" for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by
the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "Grantee", do hereby
give and grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENT
on, along, over and across the following described premises to-
wit:
PERMANENT SIDEWALK EASEMENT

Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Block 2,
MOUNTAIN SHADOWS SUBDIVISION FIRST FILING; thence westerly
along the North line of said lot a distance of 4 feet;
thence southeasterly a distance of 5.65 feet, more or less,
to the East line of said lot; thence northerly a distance of
4 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Exhibit "A" attached.
For the purpose of construction of a public sidewalk.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
Property 15 to be restored upon completion of the project.
And the Grantors hereby covenant with the Grantee that they have
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that they have good
and lawful right to grant this easement.
