KNOW ALL MEN BY 'I'HESE PRESENTS, that Darryl L. Albright, 12132
West 32nd Avenue, Wheat Ridge, of Jefferson County, State of
Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor" for and in consider-
a tion of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration to him in hand paid by the City of Wheat
Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does hereby give and grant to
said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENT on, along, over and
across the following described premises to-wit:

The North 3 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, MOUNTAIN SHADOWS SUB-
DIVISION FIRST FILING, of Jefferson County Records, as shown
on attached Exhibit "A", which is made a part of this
description.
For the purpose of a public sidewalk.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the City that he has good
title to the aforedescribed premises; that he has good and lawful
right to grant this easement.
