KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Norman E. Bohnker and Mary
H. Bohnker, 12142 W. 32nd Ave., Wheat Ridge, Jefferson County,
State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor(s)" for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the City of
Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", do hereby give and grant
to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENT on, along, over
and across the following described premises to-wit:
